摘要
目的探讨比较分析磁共振胰胆管水成像(MRCP)及CT影像对胆囊腺肌症(GBA)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析13例经病理检查证实的GBA患者的MRCP和CT资料。结果 13例MRCP诊断为GBA;10例CT诊断为GBA,1例诊断为胆囊癌,1例诊断为慢性胆囊炎,1例漏诊。结论 MRCP对GBA的诊断价值优于CT。
Objective To compare the value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） and CT in the diagnosis of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder. Methods Retrospectively analyse the MRCP and CT image of 13 patients con- firmed by pathology to be GBA. Results The MRCP results showed that all 13 patients were GBA,CT results showed that 10 pa- tents were GBA, 1 was gallbladder carcinoma and 1 was missed diagnosis. Conclusion MRCP is better than CT in the diagnosis of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder.
