摘要
讨论了新型脉动无级变速器的工作原理,对其中的变行程移动导杆凸轮机构的运动特性进行了分析,给出了导杆的位移、速度和加速度,讨论了其运动特性对无级变速器性能的影响。分析结果表明:采用了变行程移动导杆凸轮机构的脉动无级变速器的脉动度明显降低。
Discusses a new pulsating working principle of the continuously variable transmission, and wherein the variable stroke movement guide bar movement of the cam mechanism characteristics analyzed, and the displacement of the guide rod, speed and acceleration, its movement characteristics of the steplesstransmission performance. The analysis results show that : the continuously variable transmission becoming stroke movement guide bar cam mechanism pulsating is significantly reduced
