摘要
目的探讨头孢地尼胶囊联合奥硝唑分散片治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法观察组采用头孢地尼胶囊联合奥硝唑分散片治疗,对照组采用左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑分散片治疗。观察治疗前后患者症状改善率以及药物不良反应。结果 口服头孢地尼胶囊联合奥硝唑分散片治疗盆腔炎有效率为96%,口服左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑分散片治疗盆腔炎有效率为82%。前者优于后者,两组比较差别有统计学意义(x2=10.010,P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道反应较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(x^2=3.919,P<0.05)。结论 口服头孢地尼胶囊联合奥硝唑分散片能有效地治疗盆腔炎,该药耐受性好、不良反应轻。
Objective To explore the curative effect of cefdinir capsules and ornidazole tablets in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Observation group was provided with cefdinir capsules and ornidazole tablets, while control group was provided with levofloxacin combined ornidazole tablets. Clinical symptoms before and after treatment and drug adverse reaction were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment with cefdinir capsules and ornidazole tablets was 96% , while it was 82% in treatment with levofloxacin and significant （X = 10. 010, P ornidazole. The former was superior to the latter, and the difference between two groups was statistically x 2 〈 0.05 ）. Meanwhile, the drug adverse reaction was mild in the observation group, and there was significant difference （X2 = 3. 919, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of cefdinir capsules and ornidazole in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is effective, and the drugs is well tolerated with little adverse reactions.
