摘要
灾害有着自然和社会的双重属性。历史上不同地区、不同生产力条件下的社会对灾害的反映有所不同。我国是一个自然灾害多发的国家，灾害对历史上不同时期社会的政治、经济、文化有过很大的影响，从我国人民物质和精神生活的各个方面都可以找到灾害遗留的痕迹。研究我国历史时期灾害的时空变化，灾害对人口、政治、经济、文化的关系，是认识中国国情的重要方面。
Disaster has properties of both nature and society. In history, societies in different regions or at different levels of productivity have responded to natural disasters differently. China is often attacked by natural disasters which have made prodigious impact on her policy, economy and culture in different historical periods and left a number of marks on our life and culture. An examination of such marks and the time space correlation is an important aspect of understanding the actual situation of China.
