摘要
针对当前配电网降压变电站中电压无功补偿的固定补偿柔性不够的问题,引入调压性无功补偿装置,增强电容无功补偿的柔性;针对负荷波动引起的"投切振荡"问题,采用基于量测的短期负荷预测,实现无功补偿容量和电压降落的预测,并与动作延时相配合,基于九区域图来实现电压无功综合控制(VQC)的预调整。通过实验仿真与分析,表明该综合控制措施提高了无功补偿的针对性,减少了综合控制装置的动作次数,延长了电压无功补偿装置的使用寿命,为新建配电网降压变电站、老站改造等工程应用提供了可行的参考方案,具有较好的经济意义。
Refer to insufficiencent fixed compensation of voltage reactive power compensation in distribution network reduction voltage, the voltage regulation reactive power compensation device is brought in, enhances the flexibility of reactive power compensation. In view of the " vote for cutting oscillation" caused by the load fluctuation, uses short-term loading forecasting based on measurement, realizes the forecast of reactive compensation capacity and voltage down; and combines with the action time delay to realize the present adjustment of the VQC (Voltage Quality Control) based on nine area theory. Through the simulation and analysis, this comprehensive control measures improve the pertinence of reactive power compensation, reduces action times of comprehensive control device, prolongs service life of voltage reactive compensation device. So it provides a feasible reference scheme for engineering application in the progress of new distribution network step down substation and old station reconstruction, brings benefit significance.
