摘要
三维曲面连续柔性成形方法采用可调节形状的离散或连续的辊状工具作为成形工具,通过辊状工具的转动带动板料运动,使板料产生连续进给与变形,并最终成形出三维曲面件。文章介绍了三维曲面连续柔性成形方法的基本概念、原理及特点,综合阐述了该方法在国内外的研究进展。
3D surface continuous flexible forming methods adopt the discrete or continuous roll-shaped tools which appearance can be adjusted as the forming means. The sheet metal movement is driven by the rotation of the tool and the continuous feed and de formation are happening in the process. Finally, the three-dimensional surface parts are formed. This paper introduces the basic concepts, principles and characteristics of 3D surface continuous forming methods and describes the research developments at home and abroad.
