摘要
对无线传感器网络在木材干燥中的应用进行了探索性研究,提出基于无线传感器网络的木材干燥监测系统,初步介绍了系统总体结构、传感器节点的硬件和软件资源。该系统由干燥窑无线监测网络和监控中心两个部分组成,可实时、在线、精确获取干燥窑各类环境参数,具有部署灵活、维护方便、成本低廉、扩展性好等优点。该系统的设计开发为实现木材干燥过程的自动化、智能化、网络化提供了有效的解决途径。
By doing a series of exploratory research for the application of wireless sensor networks to lumber drying, the paper tries to put forward a monitoring system of lumber drying based on wireless sensor networks and to make a brief introduction of its general structure, as well as its hardware and software resources of sensor's nodes. Consisting of wireless monitoring networks for drying kiln and monitoring center, the system can acquire all kinds of parameters from the drying kiln just-in-time, on line and precisely, with advantages of flexible arrangement, convenient maintenance, reasonable price and nice expansibility. The design and development of the system provide an effective solution for realizing the process of lumber drying automatically, intellectually and cyberizely.
