摘要
采用柴油做捕收剂,甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)作起泡剂,对锂离子电池负极材料石墨进行了浮选实验研究。研究结果表明,柴油可作为石墨浮选实验的较好捕收剂。考察了矿浆酸碱度、捕收剂的用量、起泡剂的用量、分散剂和抑制剂的种类及用量对回收率的影响。当矿浆浓度为2.0000g/40.00mL,pH为6.00,0.15mg柴油做捕收剂,0.5mg六偏磷酸钠做分散剂,1mg草酸做抑制剂,0.84mg MIBC为起泡剂,负极材料石墨浮选效果最好,回收率可达98.56%。
The flotation experimental of graphite as cathode material for Li-ion battery is studied by using diesel as a collector and methyl isobutyl carbinol (MIBC) as a frother in this work. The research results show that the diesel can be used as a good collector in the flotation experiment. The factors influencing the recovery rate, such as pulp pH value, the dosage of collector, the amount of the foaming agent, the type and the amount of the dispersing agent and inhibitor agent are discussed. The flotation indices for cathode material graphite were optimum, when pulp den- sity is 2. 0000 g/40.00 mL, pH is 6.00, the 0.15 mg diesel is used as collectors, 0.5 mg sodium hexametaphosphate is used as dispersant, 1 mg the oxalic is used as inhibitors, 0.84 mg MIBC is used as frother, the recovery rate reaches to 98.56%.
