摘要
针对高职模具专业毕业设计中出现的学生在校时间短、理论知识的广度和深度相对有限等问题,探索降低理论要求、偏重技能和实用性要求的毕业设计新模式,并以陕西工业职业技术学院2010级模具专业学生的毕业设计改革为例,提出了根据学生特长和性格特点分配设计小组和课题,综合运用模具CAD/CAM/CAE技术进行模具的设计、制造、装配与调试,突出以产品质量优劣为考核标准等方法,收到了较好的教学效果。
According to the problems present in the graduation project design of higher vocational molding major, such as the lack of time and the breadth and depth of theoretical knowledge, this paper tries to propose a new model with lowered theoretical requirements while emphasized skills and practicability. Taking the graduation design reform of the year 2010 graduates in Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute as an example, the new method achieves good teaching result, which assigns design groups and tasks according to students' strong points and personalities, comprehensively uses CAD/CAM/CAE technology to design, produce, assemble and test the moulds, and takes the quality of products as the appraisal standard.
