摘要 以某车灯罩为研究对象,基于DOE设计方法,利用Moldflow软件模拟,得出工艺参数及其交互作用对制品翘曲的影响程度,并筛选出与制品质量相关的因子,将这些因子进一步优化。建立了正交试验方案,从而为注射工艺参数的合理选取提供科学依据。 Taking the car shade as an example, the effects of process and their interaction on the warpage were studied by Moldflow and DOE. of relating to the test program was product quality established,and were screened out the scientific basis and further optimized. of reasonable selecting parameters The factors Orthogonal process pa-rameters in injection molding is provided.
