摘要 优选丁香叶中总黄酮最佳提取工艺。采用分光光度法测定丁香叶中总黄酮含量,以总黄酮得率为考查指标,考查不同提取方法提取率,确定乙醇回流法作为提取手段,并用L9(34)正交试验法考查乙醇浓度、液料比、提取时间等因素影响,优化提取条件。最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度为60%、料液比20 1、提取时间为2.5 h。在最优工艺条件下总黄酮提取率可达118.71 mg·g-1。该方法操作方便、准确可靠。 To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Syringa oblate leaves, the percent of total flavonoids was tested by spectrophotometer. Extractions of reflux was investigated after three methods (percolation, reflux and ultrasonic) with the total flavonoids as indicator for evaluation. AnL9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment was performed to investigate the 3 factors 3 levels for each factor were selected,, concentration of ethanol, extraction time, and liquid-material rate. The optimum extraction process of total flavones from Syringa oblate leaves was extraction with ethanol concentration 60%, liquid-material rate 20:1, extraction time 2.5 h. Under the conditions, the total flavonoids yield was 118.71 mg.g-1. This extraction method is simple, rapid and applicable for the extraction of total flavones from Syringa Oblate leaves.
