摘要
运动员思想政治工作是运动队主要工作之一。在对心理疏导的概念进行界定的基础上,分析了心理疏导在运动员思想政治工作中的功能和作用,并提出了心理疏导在运动员思想政治工作中的运用方法,期望为做好优秀运动队思想政治工作提供理论借鉴。
Athletes ideological and political work is one of the main tasks of sports teams. After defining the concept of psychological counseling, this paper analyzes the effects and functions of psychological counseling in the athletes i- deological and political work and proposes corresponding methods for its application. The objective of the paper is to offer valuable information for athletes ideological and political work.
