摘要 培训课程体系就是由一系列具有内在逻辑性和一定关联度的培训课程相互作用、相互联系而形成的有机整体。课程体系是知识积淀、知识管理的直接体现,建立课程体系的根本是为了便于使用者从课程体系中根据需要挑选合适的课程,进行科学组合,完成方案设计。油田板块课程体系构建分层分类格局,适应集团公司人才通道建设,符合专业技术人才培训的需要。 A training curriculum system is a systematic whole that comprises of a series of inherently logical and related courses that impact on and correlate with one another. Curriculum systems are direct demonstrations of knowledge accumulation and management, the establishment of which is for the convenient selection and scientific combination of courses from the system to design a training program. The construction of the oilfield sector's training curriculum system should be based on a hierarchical and categorical layout to meet the requirement of SINOPEC Group's talent passage policy and the needs of professional and technical personnel training.
