用于光频标半导体激光器恒压源电路的设计

摘要 半导体激光频标的核心是半导体激光器,其输出激光的线宽与稳定性是影响频标性能指标的重要因素之一.半导体激光器是对外界环境很敏感的器件,因此需要有恒定电压对其驱动.在借鉴常用的一些恒压源设计基础上,给出了一种实用的高精度恒压源的设计,实现对驱动电压进行控制.并对整个电路做了实验仿真和测试,电压稳定度达到0.1%以上. The core of the semiconductor laser frequency standard is the semiconductor laser, the laser output line width and stability is an important factor which influences the performance of frequency standard. Semiconductor laser is very sensitive to external environment which needs to be droven by eonstant voltage. In reference to some common voltage source designs, a practically high precision voltage source is designed to realize the control of the driving voltage. And the results of the entire circuit simulation and test show that voltage stability is higher than 0.1%.
