摘要
目的观察壮骨1号方对骨性关节炎和骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法采用Harley豚鼠自发性骨关节炎和大鼠去卵巢造骨质疏松两种动物模型,观察、测定相应的实验指标。结果壮骨1号方能有效地延缓膝关节软骨组织的退变,并抑制骨密度降低。结论壮骨1号方具有防治骨性关节炎的作用,对豚鼠骨性关节炎和大鼠骨质疏松具有改善作用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription on osteoarthritis（OA） and osteoporosis（OP）.Methods Spontaneous OA in Harley guinea pigs and ablating bilateral ovaries OP in rat were used to investigated the effect of Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription on the experimental indicators.Results Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription could inhibit or delay degeneration of keen cartilage and inhibit the decrease of tibial trabecular bone mineral density significantly in rats.Conclusion Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription could prevent OA and achieve obvious role in the treatment of OA and OP.
