摘要
目的:优选通络糖泰颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以丹参酮ⅡA含量为评价指标,以醇用量、醇浓度和提取时间为考察因素,筛选通络糖泰颗粒的最佳醇提条件;以盐酸小檗碱和干膏率为评价指标,以提取时间、煎煮次数和加水倍数为考察因素,筛选通络糖泰颗粒的最佳提取条件。结果:最佳醇提工艺为加8倍量80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次30min;最佳醇提工艺为加15倍量水,提取3次,每次30min。结论:优选得到的提取工艺合理、可行、稳定。
Objective： To select the optimal extraction process of Tongluo Tangtai Granules. Methods： With L9 （34） orthogonal test, the alcohol extraction conditions of Tongluo Tangtai Granules was optimized with the content oftanshinone Ⅱ A as the index, and the amount of alcohol, alcohol concentration, extraction time as the investigation factors. The water extraction conditions of Tongluo Tangtai Granules was optimized with berberine and dry extraction rate as the indexes, and the amount of water, boiling times and extraction time as the investigation factors. Results ： The optimal alcohol extraction conditions were as follows ： reflux ex- tracting 2 times with 8-fold 80 % alcohol, 30 minutes for each time. The optimal water extraction conditions were as follows：extrac- ting 3 times withlS-fold water, 30 minutes for each time. Conclusion：The optimum extraction process was reasonable, feasible and stable.
