日光温室常用透光覆盖材料辐射透过性能测试研究 被引量:7

摘要 为系统了解日光温室常用透光覆盖材料的辐射透过性能,为温室光热环境的理论分析提供基础数据,采用带有积分球的分光光度计,对24种典型日光温室透光覆盖材料在300~2500nm波长范围的分光透过率进行了测试,并进一步计算了太阳直接辐射透过率、PAR透过率、紫外透过率、红蓝光比例、红光远红光比例等指标。结果表明:在400~2300nm波长范围内,所有材料的辐射透过率均在80%以上;EVA膜的透过率优于PE膜;在PE膜中,太阳直接辐射透过率、PAR透过率由高到低顺序为PE耐老化膜〉PE无滴膜〉PE草莓专用膜〉PE无滴耐老化膜;PE膜太阳直接辐射透过率、PAR透过率与厚度均存在极显著的相关性,研究结果也为估算PE膜辐射透过性能与厚度的关系提供了方法。 To find out the transmissivity of solar greenhouse covering materials and provide basic data for the theoretical analysis of light and thermal environment in greenhouse, the transmissivity from 300 nm to 2500 nm of 24 kinds of commonly used films was measured with a spectrophotometer with an integrating sphere, and the solar direct transmittance, PAR transmittance, UV- transmittance, R/B ratio, R/FR ratio were calculated. The results showed that the transmittance from 400 nm to 2300 nm of all films were above 80%. The transmittance of EVA film was better than that of PE film. Among the PE films, the direct solar transmittance, PAR transmittance declined in sequence from ageing-resistant PE film, anti-dropping PE film, strawberry dedicated PE film to anti-dropping and ageing-resistant PE film. There was a highly significant correlation between the transmittance and the thickness of PE film, and the results could be used to estimate the transmissivity of PE film with different thicknesses.
