机器人辅助腹腔镜行根治性前列腺切除术与传统开放根治术的护理观察比较 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜与传统开放根治性前列腺切除术术后护理的差异。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,将我科16例机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术与20例传统开放根治性前列腺切除术进行对比,通过对术后护理的观察,比较两组住院病人的手术时间、住院天数以及术后生活质量评分。结果机器人辅助腹腔镜组在手术时间、住院天数以及术后生活质量评分三方面均优于传统开放组(P<0.05)。结论机器人辅助腹腔镜行根治性前列腺切除术,具有创伤小、恢复快等优势,提高了护理质量及工作效率。
