摘要
利用2005—2010年我国18个铁路局(公司)的面板数据,采用超效率DEA方法对铁路运输业的投入产出效率进行实证分析。研究表明,在2005—2010年期间我国铁路运输业效率总体呈逐年上升趋势,并且年均值达到1,为DEA有效;效率总平均值高于1的有7个铁路局;从地区角度看,中部地区效率最高,其次是东部,西部地区效率最低。最后对效率较低的铁路局和地区提出改进建议。
By using panel data of 18 railway administrations in China from 2005 to 2010, this paper takes empirical analysis on input/output efficiency of railway transport industry by super-efficiency DEA method. The study indicates, in 2005-2010, the efficiency of railway transport industry in China shows gradual increase trend in the mass, and its annual value reached 1, which means DEA is available; there are 7 railway administrations with the average value of efficiency above 1; from the region angle, the highest efficiency area is central area, the next is east area, and the lowest efficiency area is west area. In the end, the paper puts forward improvement suggestions to the railway administrations and areas with lower efficiency.
