摘要
分析了显德汪矿1927回风巷出现底鼓现象的原因,提出通过提高帮部锚杆支护强度和改变底角锚杆安装角度的方法来控制巷道底鼓,并通过数值模拟确定了使巷道底鼓量最小的底角锚杆安装角度。现场实测表明,采用优化后的锚杆支护方案有效减少了底鼓量,保证了巷道服务期间的生产安全。
Analysed the reason for floor heave phenomenon of 1927 return airway in Xiandewang Coal Mine, a method to control the floor heave of roadway was put forward in this paper by improving the supporting intensity of the wall rock bolt and changing the installation angle of the anchor in floor,the installation angle anchor in floor to make the amount of roadway floor heave minimized was also deter- mined according to numerical simulation. The field test data showed that, the amount of floor heave of roadway has effectively reduced, the production safety during the service of the roadway was also ensured by using the optimized bolting supporting scheme.
