摘要
变极性等离子焊接是一种新型、高效、经济的焊接方法,在铝合金的焊接方面得到了广泛的应用。由于焊接变形小,生产率高与其它焊接方法相比设备简单,成本低且气孔、夹渣等缺陷少对经济和社会发展具有很强的作用。本文简要介绍了变极性等离子焊接以及其特点。
The Variable Polarity Plasma Arc Welding is a new, efficient and economical welding method, and it is widely used in the welding of aluminum alloys. Because of small welding deformation, high productivity, simple welding methods, low cost and less pores, slag and other defects, it has a strong role in economic and social development. This article briefly describes the Variable Polarity Plasma Arc Welding and its characteristics.
