摘要
文中阐述了不平衡磁拉力的有限元数值计算方法,计算中考虑了阻尼绕组以及铁磁材料的饱和非线性影响。并以一台24极250MW250r/min发电电动机为例,计算了空载和负载工况转子偏心和转子励磁绕组短路故障时的不平衡磁拉力。计算结果可供电机设计参考,并可用于电机振动分析。
Unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP) calculated by FEM is described in the paper, and influence of damper winding and nonliner of fenromagnetic material on UMP is taken into account. Taking a motor/generator (24-pole, 250r/min, 250MW)as an example, the UMP caused by eccentric rotor and excited winding short-circuit at no-load and rated load are computed. The results can be referred at the design stage and used to analyze the vibration machhines.
