摘要
在汽车行李箱盖电动化开发过程中,因行李箱开启方式和驱动点改变而导致电动开启力过大,需对原四连杆铰链进行优化,将开启力减小到合理值。为满足某车型行李箱盖电动化的需要,对该车四连杆铰链行李箱系统的动力学特性进行了仿真分析,计算得到了最小开启力,并进行了实验对比,验证了仿真的有效性。在此基础上对四连杆铰链机构进行了优化设计,进一步减小了电动行李箱盖的开启力,满足了电动行李箱的设计要求。
In the developing process of electric trunk lid,due to the excessive opening force caused by changes of opening position and opening pattern,the articulated mechanism of trunk lid needs to be optimized,and the opening force is reduced to reasonable value. In this paper,the dynamic characters of the articulated mechanism were simulated and the minimal opening force of the trunk lid was calculated. The simulation was validated by an experiment. The articulated mechanism was optimized to meet the design requirement of electrifying vehicle trunk lid.
