摘要
介绍切割钢丝生产的工艺要求和过程,分析切割钢丝断丝原因:(1)原料材质不合格或钢丝存在表面缺陷;(2)排线间距混乱或钢丝端末滑跑导致压线;(3)切割工艺不当。给出预防措施:(1)加强来料检验,严格生产过程控制,避免各个工序对钢丝表面的损伤;(2)控制工字轮排线角度在10°内,严格端末固定作业程序,用户打结作业前不可将防止压线的胶带提前撕掉;(3)在多线切割中,单位钢丝内切割的硅棒面积越小,钢丝的断线率越低,控制切割系数小于120。在使用过程中针对钢丝的断线原因,适当采取预防措施可以很好的控制断线率,从而节约切割成本,提高硅片质量。
Abstract To introduce the technical requirement and process of sawing wire and analyze wire broken reason of sawing wire: ( 1 ) raw material is not qualified or steel wire has surface defect. (2)row spacing is mess or steel wire' s end slipped and caused problem. (3) wrong sawing technology. Prevent measures are given : ( 1 ) to reinforce saw material checking, strictly control production process to avoid of surface defect of each process. (2) to control spool wire' s taking angle below 10°, strictly follow ending fastening process, and users cannot tear off the tape before knotting. (3) during the multi-line sawing, the smaller the silicon rod saws in a unit, the more lower the broken rate, and control sawing coefficient under 120. To focus on steel wire' s broken reason to handle it well to control broken rate, and then saving sawing cost and improving silicon quality.
