摘要
选择式目标管理是目标管理的模式之一,其核心是逐级选择和分解目标并实施有序监控和适当指导。针对军队医院中以科研为主的学科进行选择式目标管理时,介绍其对目标设定,采取的行动及取得的成效。
Selective objective management is one pattern of object management.The core idea is the selective setting,the distribution and the implement of the objectives step by step from top level of management to low level of management under orderly control and appropriate guidance.The article introduced the use of the selective objective management in research-oriented discipline development of hospital,objective-setting,objective-implementing and its achievements.
