摘要
保障管理在装备论证、研制和作战运用中具有极其重要的作用。本文从军队保障管理人才需求出发,充分发挥多学科综合优势,根据不同层次学员培养目标设置保障管理系列课程,依托科研创新成果改进知识结构,更新课程内容,积极探索和开展教学研究和教学方法改革,促进了"军事-技术-管理"相融合的多层次装备保障管理课程体系建设。
Supportability and management of weapon equipment plays an important role in the development, production and usage procesS. In view of the military requirements for professtionals of supportability and management, we take advantages of multi - disciplinary integration to set the series courses according to the training objectives of different students of different levels. The improvements of knowledge structure and course contents are given based on research achievements. The exploration and implementation of teaching research and innovation are also effective to establish the multi- leveled ＂ integration of military, technology and management ＂ curriculum system of weapon equipment supportability and management.
