摘要
近年来煤矿安全生产取得了显著成绩,但事故总量依然很大,百万吨死亡率与国外煤炭发达国家相比还有很大差距,究其原因是我国煤矿安全生产的基础比较薄弱,占全国煤矿总量绝大多数的小煤矿机械化程度很低。本文分析了煤矿机械化的现状,提出了加快机械化改造、提升煤炭产业水平的措施和建议。
In recent years, the coal mine safety production has achieved remarkable results. However the total number of accidents is still very high. There is a big gap between China and the developed countries in death rate per million tons. The reason is the weak basic safety production of coal mine in China. The number of small coal mines accounted for the majority of the country ＇s total amount. Small coal mines mechanization level are very low. This paper analyzes the present situation of China＇s coal mine mechanization. Measures and suggestions of mechanization and enhance the level of coal industry have been proposed.
