摘要
目的分析立体定向穿刺治疗脑脓肿失败的原因,探讨失败的原因及对策。方法回顾性分析立体定向穿刺引流术治疗脑脓肿36例的临床资料。结果 5例患者临床效果差,后经改变方法而治愈。结论立体定向穿刺引流术治疗脑脓肿是一种可靠的微创手术治疗方法,但术中严谨、细致的操作技巧,术后合理使用抗生素,是避免部分脑脓肿患者治疗失败的关键。
Objective To analyze reasons for the failure of stereotactic puncture treatment of brain abscess and to investigate the causes of failure and countermeasures. Methods Ster- eotactic puncture drainage treatment of brain abscess were retrospectively analyzed the clinical da- ta of 36 eases. Results 5 patients of clinical effect is poor, after changing the method and cure. Conclusion Stereotactic puncture drainage treatment of brain abscess is a reliable method of min- imally invasive surgical treatment, intraoperative rigorous, careful operation skills, reasonable use of antibiotics after operation and is the key to avoid part of patients with brain abscess treat- ment failure.
