摘要
采用正交实验法对影响空气泡沫驱封堵效果的五种因素进行研究,对实验数据进行逐步回归得出渗透率、流量、气液比、温度和压力五个因素与阻力因子的回归方程,通过回归方程分析得出阻力因子随渗透率的增加而增大;随气液比和流量的增加先增大后减小;随压力的增加而增大;随温度的增加而减小。对阻力因子影响程度按大小排列依次是渗透率,温度,压力,气液比,最后是流量。实验所得数据可为空气泡沫驱进一步研究提供参考。
The author utilizes the method of orthogonal experiment to study plugging elIect o~ air foam and the influencing factors.Through using the method of stepwise regression obtain regression equation of permeability,flow,gas fluid ratio,temperature, pressure and resistance factor.The author comes to conclusion that resistance factor increases with increasing perme- ability and pressure.Decreases with increasing temperature,first increases and then decreases with increasing gas fluid ratio and flow rate.The orders of arrangement in accordance with influence degree of various factors to resistance factor are permeability,temperature, pressure, gas fluid ratio, flow.The data obtain can be used for further research.
