摘要
建筑环境与节能标准体系是在建筑室内环境专业标准体系基础上的扩展与延伸,是建筑节能工作发展的必然结果,主要包括暖通空调、建筑物理和建筑节能3大部分。本文系统地回顾了建筑环境与节能标准的发展历程,介绍了国外相关标准体系、标准编制机构及主要标准,对我国建筑环境与节能标准体系的现状及特点进行了全面梳理,提出了建筑环境与节能标准体系的发展方向。
Building environment and energy saving standard system were the expansion and extension based on architectural indoor environment professional standard system,was the evitable result of building energy saving development, and consisted of HVAC, building physics and building energy saving. The development process of building environment and energy saving standard system was reviewed systematically, relevant standard system, standard compilation authorities and main standard in foreign countries were introduced, the current situation and characteristic of building environment and energy saving standard system in China were sorted out, and the development direction of building environment and energy saving standard system were proposed by this paper.
