摘要 近年来,教师专业学习共同体受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。文章对国外教师专业学习共同体的研究状况进行综述,内容主要涉及教师专业学习共同体的产生背景、概念、特征、建构条件、发展阶段等等,并探讨了有待进一步研究的问题。
