摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在耳鼻喉科中的应用效果.方法:选择我院2010年5月~2013年2月耳鼻喉科收治的患者130例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例.对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者则接受人性化护理,对比两组患者对护理工作的满意率.结果:观察组患者对护理工作的满意率高于对照组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在耳鼻喉科实施人性化护理,对于提高患者满意度、促进病情康复具有积极意义.
Objective:To study the effect of humanized nursing application in department of otolaryngology.Methods:Chose our hospital otolaryngology from May 2010 to Feburary 2013 treated 130 cases of patients,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each group.The patients of control group received conventional nursing,the patients of observation group received the humanized nursing.Compared the nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group patients,the observation group of patients for nursing care of total satisfaction has significant advantages,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanization nursing in otolaryngology,in improving the patients physical and mental comfort,promote disease rehabilitation has a positive meaning.
