热喷涂Al-Si-Fe-Cu-Ni合金涂层耐蚀性研究

摘要 采用火焰喷涂方法,在AM50表面制备Al-Si-Fe合金涂层,对涂层的组织和耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,热喷涂Al-Si-Fe涂层主要由α(Al)、β-Si、Al85Fe3.92Mn10.08Si、Al8Si6Mg3、Al3.21Si0.47、Al9Fe0.84Mn2.16Si、Al3.2Fe等相组成,其中第二相的种类较多;热震实验表明,有Al过渡涂层试样的抗热冲击性能较高;耐蚀性实验表明,有Al过渡涂层试样耐蚀性与基体相比具有较大提高。 A1-Si-Fe alloy coating was prepared on AM50 surface by flame spraying method. The microstructure and corrosion resistance of coating were studied. The results show that the thermal sprayed AI-Si-Fe coating is mainly composed of α(A1)、B-Si、A1_85Fe_3.92Mn_10.08Si、A1_8Si_6Mg_3、Al_3.12Si_0.47A1_9Fe_0.84Mn_2.16Si、A1_3.2Feand the second phase of the species is more. Thermal shock experiments show that the coating with A1 transition has higher thermal shock resistance. Corrosion experiments show that the coating with A1 transition has higher corrosion resistance compared with the matrix.
