摘要
教育部在2005年教职成[2006]4号文中就提出了高职院校的"工学结合"教育培养模式,"工学结合"是将学习和工作结合在一起的教育模式,它以职业为导向,充分利用社会、企业和学校的各种资源,将以课堂教育为主的学校教育与在实践中获取工作经验的校外工作结合起来,提高学生的综合素质和职业竞争能力。高职院校各专业建设校外实习基地是"工学结合"的具体实施。本文从高职高专酒店管理专业校外实习基地的选择和管理等方面,分析了校外实习基地建设的现状及亟待解决的问题,结合学校酒店专业人才培养目标,提出了酒店管理专业校外实习基地建设的具体措施。
The educational pattern of ＂combination learning and working＂ in higher vocational colleges is to put forward studying into working together, it is career oriented, make full use of all kinds of resources from society, enterprises and schools, and will give priority to the combination of education of school education with experience in practice to improve the students＂ comprehensive quality and professional ability, the construction of off-campus practice base in higher voca- tional colleges is the specific implementation of the educational pattern of ＂combination between learning and working＂. This article analyzes the current situation of the construction of off-campus practice base and problems to be solved from the selection and management, and combine hotel professional personnel training objective to propose specific measures of hotel management professional off-campus practice base construction.
