摘要
目的通过锥形束CT成像系统,分析上颌第二磨牙近中颊根第二根管的发生率及近中颊根根管形态。方法选择103名进行锥形束CT扫描的患者,共计189颗上颌第二磨牙。观察近中颊根第二根管的发生率和根管形态。比较左、右侧发生比率及男、女发生比率的差异。结果上颌第二磨牙第二根管的发生率为42.3%(80∕189),第二根管形态以Ⅲ型为主。左、右侧及男、女第二根管发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论上颌二磨牙近中颊根第二根管的发生率较高。锥形束CT可对其进行准确诊断。
Objective To investigate the root canal configuration and the incidence of a second mesiobuccal (MB2) canal in maxillary second molars mesiobuccal (MB) roots using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).Methods CBCT images of 189 maxillary second molars from 103 patients were analyzed,and the canal configurations and the incidence of an MB2 canal were determined.The correlations between the incidence of an MB2 canal in gender and between the the two sides were analyzed.Results The incidence of MB2 canal was 42.3% (80 / 189) and the most common canal configurations of MB2 canal were types Ⅲ.The occurrence of MB2 canal between man and woman was not different (P =0.075).There was also no significant difference in MB2 canal between the left and right side (P =0.440).Conclusion The maxillary second molars have high incidence of MB2 canal,which can be evaluated by CBCT.
