肿瘤型人工关节置换术 被引量：11

摘要 关于肢体恶性骨肿瘤患者的治疗,由于有效的化学治疗（化疗）和重建技术的发展, 保肢手术已经成为一种规范化的治疗手段[1].新辅助化疗的开展为保肢治疗创造了条件,术前化疗是保肢手术的前提.术前化疗能使肿瘤体积缩小、分界清楚,血管减少,坏死增加等[2].肢体恶性骨肿瘤切除后,肿瘤型人工关节置换已经成为最常采用的骨缺损替代手段.
