超高效液相色谱串联质谱法快速测定水中阿特拉津和西玛津的方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定水中痕量阿特拉津和西玛津的分析方法。[方法]采用超高效液相色谱三重四极杆质谱联用仪对水中阿特拉津和西玛津进行同时快速检测,对方法的回收率、精密度及检出限进行研究。[结果]2种化合物在0.02~4.00μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限均为0.011μg/L,实际水样在2个加标水平下平均加标回收率为79.0%~115.0%。相对标准偏差均不高于12.5%。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,适合于生活饮用水源中阿特拉津和西玛津的同时快速检测。 [Objective] The aim was to establish a new method for the determination of Atrazine and Simazine in water by UPLC-MS/MS. [ Method] Atrazine and Simazine in water were detected by UPLC-MS/MS, and recovery rate, precision and detection limit of the method were studied. [Result] Two compounds showed good linear regression in range from 0.02 to 4.00 μg/L. Method detection limits were both 0. 011 μg/L. The average recovery rates of samples at two levels were from 79.0% to 115.0%, and RSDs were less than 12.5% ( n = 5 ). [ Conclu- sion ] The method has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity, so it is suitable for the rapid detection of Atrazine and Simazine in drinking, source water.
