摘要
目的 建立肌苷片淋洗水的检测方法,控制淋洗水中肌苷的残留量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Dikma Diamonsid C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水(3:97)为流动相,流速为0.9mL·min-1,检测波长248nm.结果 肌苷在3.549μg·mL-1~14.195μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991;平均回收率为105.8%,RSD为1.9%.结论 该法简便、快速、准确可靠,适合控制淋洗水中肌苷的残留量.
OBJECTIVE To estabished a method for determination of the residual amounts of inosine in rinse water. METHODS An HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Dikma Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was Methanol-water 3 : 97 ), the flow rate was 0. 9mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 248nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of determination for inosine for injection was 3.549μg·mL-1~14.195μg·mL-1 ( r = 0. 9991 ). The average recovery for inosine was 105.9 % , RSD = 1.9 %. CONCLUSION The method is proved to be conveient,rapid and well repeatable, and it is applicable for controlling the residual amounts of inosine in rinse water.
