摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定“化腐生肤”渗滤液中β,β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量,为其制定质量标准提供依据。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈一甲酸水(78:22),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为275nm,柱温30℃结果β,β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁在0.02-76~0.1935mg/mL范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率均在95%~105%,RSD为2.223%,“化腐生肤”渗滤液中β,β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁含量为0.3866mg/mL。结论该方法准确,简便灵敏,可用于“化腐生肤”渗滤液的质量控制。
Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method to determiuat the content of leachate β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin in Huafushengfu,and provide the basis for the development of quality standards. Methods The coulmn was Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4,6mm, 5μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile- formic acid(78 : 22); the flow-rate was set at 1.0 mL/min;the detection wevelength was 275nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin had good linearity in the range of 0.0276-0.1935mg/mL(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 95%-105%. The RSD was 2.223 %.The content of leachate β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin in Huafushengfu was 0.3866 mg/mL. Conclusion This method is rapid,simple and sensitive,and it can be using as the quality control of Huafushengfu.
