以‘82-11’、‘84-237’和‘84-402’3个杂种榛优良品系为研究材料,采用动态监测的方法,测定榛子果仁发育过程中糖分的含量,研究其糖分变化规律。结果表明,榛子果仁中还原糖的含量前期呈下降趋势后期略有回升。蔗糖的含量呈上升趋势,在榛子果仁成熟时成为主要的可溶性总糖,蔗糖含量均大幅度增加,1号品系增长7.79倍,占可溶性总糖的89.05%,增长速率达79.10%;2号品系增长7.39倍,占可溶性总糖的79.02%,增长速率达81.50%;3号品系增长6.45倍,占可溶性总糖的79.09%,增长速率达65.50%。可溶性总糖在榛子果仁发育期呈下降趋势,从榛子果仁充实期到果仁充分成熟,其含量逐渐升高;榛子果仁中蔗糖和可溶性总糖的积累主要在果仁发育的后期。
Taking three hybrid hazelnut lines '82-11 ' , '84-237' and '84-402' as material, sugar contents during kernel development process and sugar change law were studied by using dynamic detection method. The re- suits showed that the content of reducing sugars decreased in earlier stage and rose again slightly in later stage. The content of sucrose showed an increasing trend and became the main total soluble sugar in mature kernels. The con- tent of sucrose of three lines increased 7.79, 7.39 and 6.45 times respectively, which accounted for 89. 05 % , 79.02 % and 79.09 % of total soluble sugar respectively, the increasing rate reached to 79. 10 %, 81.50 % and 65.50 % respectively. The content of total soluble sugar decreased in kernel development process and increased gradually from kernel filling period till full maturity. The accumulation of sucrose and total soluble sugar occurred mainly during the later kernel development process.
