摘要 介绍了氨氮与水体富营养化的关系及以硝化作用为首的生物脱氨氮效应。阐述了硝化细菌通过对氨氮的降解和转化能有效缓解和控制富营养化进程,遏制藻类污染,净化水质。强调了硝化作用对缓解水体富营养化状况的贡献。综述了有关硝化细菌的国内外研究状况,拟通过对硝化细菌及硝化作用的介绍,为生物法去除氨氮的进一步研究提供理论基础。 This paper introduced the relationship between ammonia nitrogen and eutrophication of water and the removal of ammonia nitrogen by bioremediation beginning with nitrification .We explained the efficacy of nitrifying bacteria by degradating and converting ammonia nitrogen to remit eutrophication,to suppress the overgrowth of alga and purify water. From above all ,we emphasized the negative role of ammonia nitrogen to boost eutrophication and the positive biodegradation of it by nitrifying bacteria. The article summed up the progress related nitrifying bacteria at home and abroad aiming to supply some basic theories for the further study of dislodging of ammonia nitrogen by biological method in eutrophic sewage.
