摘要
目的探讨氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术治疗难治性实体瘤的护理方法。方法选取采用氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术治疗难治性实体瘤的患者22例,在术前、术中、术后对其进行有效合理的护理,观察患者术后体温及术后恢复情况。结果本组患者在术中均未出现冷休克或皮肤冻伤症状。6例患者术后发热,其中1例发热情况严重,经过处理24 h后体温恢复正常,另5例患者未进行特殊处理,于8 h后体温恢复正常。结论在氩氦刀治疗过程中采取合理有效的护理,能有效减少患者冷休克及皮肤冻伤情况的发生,对患者的术后康复起积极作用。
Objective To explore the nursing methods for refractory solid tumor patients treated with argon- helium cryoablation. Methods 22 refractory solid tumor patients were treated with argon - helium cryoablation, and meanwhile they were conducted with effective and reasonable preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing and rehabilitation conditions were observed. Results Patients＇ postoperative body temperatures No patients had cold stock or cold injury of skin in the intraoperative period. 6 patients had postoperative fever. Among the 6 patients with fever, one patient had severe fever, and the body temperature of this patient returned to normal lev- el in 24 hours after corresponding treatment; the other 5 patients＇ body temperatures returned to normal level after 8 hours without any particular treatments. Conclusion During the therapeutic process of argon - helium cryoablation, Application of reasonable and effective nursing can reduce the incidence of cold stock or cold injury of skin, which plays a positive role in promoting the reha- bilitation of patients.
