摘要
回顾性分析应用耳后区皮瓣的不同转移方式修复耳部软组织缺损25例。应用耳软骨打孔转移修复耳甲腔缺损5例;顺行岛状皮瓣修复耳下部缺损7例;反流轴行岛状皮瓣修复耳上部缺损4例;皮下蒂皮瓣修复耳后缺损9例。皮瓣切取范围(1.3 cm×1.2 cm)^(4.6 cm×3.0 cm),供瓣区直接拉拢缝合或游离植皮修复。术后25例皮瓣均成活良好,切口Ⅰ期愈合。25例患者随访2~18个月,各皮瓣修复后外形均满意。
A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of ear soft tissue defect reconstruction with different transferring modes of retroauricular flap. 5 cases with cavity of auricular concha soft tissue defect were repaired with retroauricu- lar flap transfered through the auricular cartilage tunnel. 7 cases with earlobe soft tissue defect were repaired with anterograde retroauricular island flap. 4 cases with upper ear defect were repaired with retroauricular reverse axial flap. 9 cases with retroauricular soft tissue defect were repaired with the kite flap. The minimum size of flap was 1.3 cm × 1.2 cm, and the maximum size of flap was 4. 6 cm × 3.0 cm. The donor sites were repaired with direct suture or free skin graft. 25 patients were followed up for 2 - 18 months. All the flaps survived well,and auricular appearances after repair were satisfactory.
