摘要
提升电能计量装置管理水平是国内各电力管理职能部门长期的工作方向,引入状态评估技术,为电能计量装置建立状态监测模型,在电能计量装置整个生命周期内提供可靠的状态评估策略,形成系统的管理方法,从而为管理职能部门提供一种高效、智能的管理方法,提高电能计量装置管理水平。
Improving electric power metering device management level is a long-term task for domestic electric power management department. This paper introduces the status assessment technique in order to build the status monitoring model for metering devices, and provide reliable status assessment strategy during the total life cycle of power metering devices and form a systematic management method. This research aims to provide a highly effective and intelligent management method for the management department and improve the management level of electric energy metering devices.
