摘要 基于钢板对接焊缝缺陷的漏磁检测技术,提出了将数学形态学方法应用到钢板对接焊缝缺陷漏磁检测信号处理中。研究了一种焊缝缺陷漏磁检测信号处理的新方法。通过对信号进行数值处理得到灰度图形。图像锐化处理可获得较为清晰的图像。图像二值化处理可为后续处理做准备。最后通过图像细化以及对细化后的图像进行形态学处理,可以基本得到焊缝缺陷的特征。 Based on the magnetic flux leakage detection technology for steel plate butt weld defect, mathematical morphology method is applied to the signal processing. A new method for the weld defect leakage detection signal processing was studied. Through the numerical signal processing, the gray graphics were obtained, and then a clear image was gotten by image sharpening. The basic characteristics of weld defect were finally obtained by image binarization for subsequent processing preparation, image thinning and the image morphology processing after the thinning.
