摘要
上海中心大厦总高度632m,总用钢量约为10万t。作为超高层建筑,由自身结构的特点决定,钢结构专业与现场吊装、土建、幕墙、电梯等众多专业密切相关,从而导致深化设计存在构件数量大、尺寸大、制约因素多、结构复杂等诸多难点。从结构特点及相关专业的要求角度出发,介绍了上海中心大厦项目钢结构深化设计的难点,包括钢板剪力墙结构中流淌孔、长圆孔开设,模板拉接器设置,核心筒伸臂桁架结构钢筋连接器设置,筒外巨柱结构流淌孔、浇捣孔设置,外筒桁架结构,幕墙连接结构等。
As a super tall building, the steel structures installation of Shanghai Tower with 632m height was closely related with other construction of hoists, civil engineering, curtain wall, elevator and so on. So, there were some difficulties for its detailed design, such as many components, large sizes, many constrains and complex structures. The difficulties for steel structures detailed design of Shanghai Tower were introduced in detail, including the flowing hole and long circle hole setting, and tensile connector setting of steel plate shear wall structure, steel bars tensile connector setting of core tube cantilevered truss structure, flowing hole and pouring hole setting of huge column structure, outside tube truss structure, curtain wall connection structure and so on.
