摘要
目的分析小儿结肠幼年性息肉的内镜检查情况及诊治方法。方法总结2008年6月至2010年12月本院就诊的小儿结肠幼年性息肉患者36例临床资料,并系统分析内镜诊断与切除息肉的相关资料。结果 36例中男22例,女14例,平均年龄4.6岁,年龄2-13岁;共有45枚息肉,其中26枚位于直肠,16枚位于乙状结肠,降结肠2枚,横结肠1枚;31例有血便,15例贫血,肛门肿物脱出5例。息肉切除后未观察到穿孔、出血及麻醉相关并发症。结论小儿幼年性息肉多发生在学龄前阶段,病变多位于直肠及乙状结肠,常见症状是血便及贫血。无痛肠镜在其诊断及治疗中具有重要作用。
Objective To Analyse the endoscopic characteristics of colorectal juvenile polyps in children oMethods We retrospectively analyzed the results of colonoscopic diagnosis and polypectomies of colorectal juvenile polyps in children under general anesthesia in 36 patients during June 2008 and December 2010. The removed polyps were examined histologically and the patients were observed to assess complications during the first 6-hour postoperative period. Results In our patient group,there were 22 boys and 14 girls. The mean age was 4. 6 years （range,2-13 years）. There were 45 polyps in all and 26 of them located in the rectum ,whilel6 in the rectosigmoid colon. Symptoms and physical signs were various. Thirty-one of the 36 patients had rectal bleeding as the main symptom and 15 had anemia. As soon as polyps were found,colonoscopie polypectomy was perfomed. No significant complications related to colonoseopic polypectomy or anesthesia were observed. Conclusion The children who suffered from colorectal juvenile polyps to be found in the stage of preschool. Most polyps are located in the rectum and reetosigmoid colon. The common symptoms are hematochezia and anemia. Diagnose and treat colorectal polyps with colonoscope in children under anesthesia is recommended.
