混炼工艺对白炭黑填充橡胶性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验研究不同混炼工艺对白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)或天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:无论是SSBR还是NR,采用开炼机混炼工艺制备的胶料均具有较低的门尼粘度;而采用密炼机混炼工艺制备的硫化胶均具有较高的定伸应力和拉伸强度、较好的抗湿滑性能以及较低的压缩生热。 The effect of mixing technology on the properties of silica filled SSBR or NR compound was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, the compounds prepared by open mill pos- sessed lower Mooney viscosity,while the vulcanizates prepared by internal mixer had higher modulus and tensile strength, better wet skid resistance and lower heat build-up.
