摘要
针对滚筒采煤机实现自动化与智能化控制所面临的关键技术难题,介绍了其机载控制计算机、截割高度与行走控制、远程通信与监控、设备间协同自动化控制、故障诊断与早期预警等技术的现状;对比分析了国内采煤机自动化技术与国外先进技术之间的主要差距;最后指出了采煤机自动化智能化技术的进一步发展方向。
According to the key technology problems of shearer automation and intelligentization control, this paper introduced the status of technology, such as airborne control computer, cutting height and walking control, remote monitoring and control, collaborative automation of equipments, failure pre-warning and fault detection technology referred to shearer automation and intelligent control, compared and analyzed the differences between domestic shearer automation technology and abroad advanced technology. Based on which, this paper had a prospect on the future development of shearer automation technology.
