摘要
选取文化生态学的视角并结合其相关理论,分别从幼儿园的物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面对幼儿教师专业发展提出了几点建议,以期能够对我国广大幼儿教师的专业发展有所启示和借鉴。
This paper from the perspective of cultural ecology and selection with the related theory, respectively, from kindergarten material culture, system culture and spiritual culture in three aspects and puts forward some suggestions for preschool teachers' professional development, in order to enlighten and reference of professional development for our preschool teachers.
